What is Solution-Focussed Hypnotherapy (SFH)?
It’s a type of talking therapy that focusses on the solution, not the problem.
Where you want to be, not where you are.
How you’re going to get there, not what’s in your way.
Hypnosis or ‘trance’ is a very natural, relaxing state, which I can help you to, using guided relaxation. You can lay on my lovely couch or sit in a chair – you just need to be comfortable to allow your mind to relax and then focus on useful thoughts and suggestions. Significant and positive changes are made by my clients in a relatively short period of time.
I show my clients that they have the tools needed to unlock their future by making the changes they need in order to achieve their goals.
How is it different to other types of Hypnotherapy?
It differs from other hypnotherapy techniques because there’s no requirement to delve into the past. We use the present moment and look to where you’d like to be in the future. I’ll help you to understand what is happening when stress, anxiety, anger and depression happen. Through various techniques, I work with the sub-conscious mind to make changes for you that enable you to reach where you need to be.
