What is Solution-Focussed Hypnotherapy (SFH)?
It’s a type of talking therapy and coaching that focusses on the solution, not the problem.
Hypnosis or ‘trance’ is a very natural, relaxing state, which I can help you to, using guided relaxation. You can lay on my relaxation couch or sit in my comfy chair – you just need to be comfortable to allow your mind to relax and then focus on useful thoughts and suggestions. Significant and positive changes are made by my clients in a relatively short period of time.
I show my clients that they have the tools needed to unlock their future by making the changes they need in order to achieve their goals.
